FOCUS. FOCUS. FOCUS. Everybody in sports, business, and life talks about it.
Parents tell children to be focused. Coaches tell players to get focused.
Employers tell employees to stay focused. The problem: nobody tells you how to do it. Some say that certain people
are born with it. Not true. There's no focus gene. It's a skill that can be developed. You can learn it, and The
Focused Game Method is the way.
1. Set a goal -- something you want to achieve that you feel passionate
about.
2. Get committed -- no more "if only" or "I could have."
3. Pick a focus step -- start with the one action that will make the biggest
difference in getting you closer to your goal.
4. Clarify your focus step -- write it down, visualize it, talk about it.
5. Input your focus step -- find creative ways to remind yourself of it on a
consistent basis.
Follow the simple steps of The Focused Game and you will develop the skill
of focus. With focus, you, like the players at the French Open, will live out
your dreams.
